Titus – Maturing the Church - Key Verses 1:5

Most of the content in the New Testament relates to us as individuals coming to know Jesus Christ and then growing in that relationship.  However there are two New Testament books, I Timothy and Titus that focus on the maturing of the church.   Doesn’t it make sense that the same God who wants people to mature, would also desire the cooperate expression of His people, the church, to mature?

In six sermons, this series will study through the book of Titus.   From these six sermons we will discover seven characteristics of the maturing church.  By knowing and applying these seven characteristics each of us can play a vital role in the maturing of the church.

Let’s mature together!

Conflict with others occurs when there are two opposing goals or positions. This same dynamic is at work in our spiritual lives. When there are two opposing goals at work in our minds, we will experience conflict. To make this matter worse, most of the time we are blind to the fact that we are in a state of spiritual conflict and Satan and his demons use these times to gain entrance into our lives, families, and church
(Ephesians 4:26-27).

Thankfully, as we APPLY God's truth to our lives we can resolve these conflicts and experience emotional and relational peace! This series of messages will seek to help you resolve these six major spiritual conflicts:
